In today's society many people tend to be very materialistic. The picture of a man and an X-ray of his body shows that what is inside use makes use the person we are. Clothes don’t define the type of person you are or will be, yet we are judged based on clothing. If you wear name brand clothes you are perceived to have money, and if you wear sloppy clothes some may think you’re of a lower status. Those are some judgmental thoughts people place on someone based on their clothing. If the clothes look cartoonish it is because clothes are simple items we own, yet we let them define use as a person. So many people judge you by your clothes before they even get to know the person you truly are. Next time you meet someone, don’t judge them on their appearance. Instead try to hear the persons story first.
During this project I learned the importance of placement. When combining two images together, it can give the viewer a feeling or message. If you change the size of the image or change its rotation the message could change. I wanted a certain message in my artwork to do that I had to focus on the placement of my photos.
